A Call FOR A TARGETED BOYCOTT OF THE TOWN OF ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS FOR TRAVEL – REAL ESTATE – GENERAL MERCHANDISING – MANUFACTURERS – HEALTHCARE RENTAL PROPERTIES AND SPECIALTY STORES THAT INSIST ON KEEPING IN PLACE SYSTEMIC AND INSTITUTIONAL RACISM.
AND IN ALL FAIRNESS A CALL TO PATRONAGE ESTABLISHMENTS THAT WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND MOVE FORWARD BY SERVING ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY WITHOUT REGARDS FOR THEIR DIFFERENCES.
THIS BOYCOTT WILL BE CALLED OFF WHEN ANDOVER RESIDENTS CLEAN UP THE MESS AFTER THEIR CHIEF OF POLICE PATRICK KEEFE.
The injury Andover police inflicted upon me has been sending me in and out of the hospital and doctor offices in wheelchair. I was in the hospital all week this week until yesterday. I have not been able to sit down, lay down, or walk. Because the doctors now have 2 MRI results that they can compare, they were able, based on the changed imagery and newly developing symptoms, to diagnose the injury as “Severe Traumatic Sciatica by Injury.” At first, they had told me that it would take 3 to 4 months to heal. But 9 months later, tests show that the entire right side of my body is inflamed, my right foot and toes numbed, and my hip feeling like it is broken. It is not clear at this time whether or not I will recover from this, or if I will get any better, despite the fact that I am being seeing by several physicians and specialists.

RATHER THAN DEMANDING ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE ANDOVER TOWN GOVERNMENT – APPARENTLY SOME RESIDENTS OF ANDOVER BEGAN AN EMAIL CAMPAIGN INTO PATCH.COM SEEKING TO CENSURE MY PUBLICATIONS RELATIVE TO THE BEHAVIOR OF THE ANDOVER POLICE CHIEF. I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT SUCH A CAMPAIGN WAS DRIVEN BY INDIVIDUALS IN THE ANDOVER POLICE DEPARTMENT ITSELF. PATCH.COM DID WHAT WAS EASY RATHER THAN WHAT WAS RIGHT BY SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT. AS THIS INVOLVES A FEDERAL QUESTION – I AM WILLING TO TEST THIS IN COURT UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.
After I posted the targeted boycott list of Andover businesses and institutions, Patch.com disabled my account. I had been writing on the website about what happened since October, and paid for announcements and events. When I found out that somehow my account was disabled, I dispatched this email to Patch:
SUBJECT: NOTICE: REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT RE-ACTIVATION UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION:
I need an explanation as to why my account is disabled., especially since I am writing about government officials and criticizing the town government and the Andover Chief of Police Patrick Keefe for his assault on me. I also called for a boycott of Andover business and institutions that have acted in racist manners toward me or have ignored racism in Andover. If anyone at the Patch or in the town of Andover is interfering with my First Amendment right to free speech, I need to know that right now.
Please respond ASAP.
P.S. Note that since October 2017, I have posted several articles denouncing the Andover Police Department racist law enforcement practices and misconduct, and paid for several announcements and events. I have been charged for those services. However, that is not the point, if my account is not immediately reactivated, I will need to request an emergency hearing in the Lawrence Superior Court, and request an injunction against the Patch, as this involves constitutional issues.
